Who we are looking for:

If you are the type of person who is always working on one project or another around the house; if you look forward with anticipation to your Saturday morning "Honey Do" list; if you are on a first-name basis with the folks down at the Home Depot; then a RentReady territory may be for you.

You will receive territory rights to 200 square miles. We limit this because most jobs over 200 miles will not be worth your time, this means in every state we will have at least 2 or 3 people only. You may buy a statewide territory but you must already be a handyman and have the ability to service statewide.

Income Potential:

As with any business your success depends on your efforts, but a conservative analysis of the market suggests that you should be able to clean 2 apartments per day at a average price of $120.00 for cleaning and carpet cleaning. You should average 8 per week. Adding on additional services will result in a higher per unit price. You can also offer special packages such as clean, carpet clean, paint, and odor removal for $250.00 per unit. All work is done in one day. This is not including fixing a toilet, replacing appliances, fixing a door, etc. You are free to perform any services you feel comfortable performing. You are also free to charge whatever you wish. The software will help you with this and we have some pricing ideas we can share with you.

Territory price:

Option A. Pay 10% ($299.50) as deposit of the total price of $2,995 now, with the balance of $2,795.50 due within sixty (60) days which will hold your territory till that time. And you can make payments along the way if you wish. Like a layaway plan. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Option B. Pay 50% ($1,497.50) now, with the remaining 50% ($1,497.50) payable within sixty (60) days. With this option you will receive the website, marketing materials, business cards so you will be able to get to work right away, which may even help pay for the balance. After 60 days if the rest of the payment is not received or other arrangements are not made we simply terminate your territory. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Option C. Pay the FULL AMOUNT and we discount $500.00 off the total price of $2,995.00. With this option you will only have to pay us $2,495.00 plus the shipping and handling of $175.00 and you will receive everything – website, marketing materials, business cards,
and the full inventory and the LICENSING AGREEMENT.

We have territories available in every state except all of Michigan, Northern Ohio, Indiana, San and all of Massachusetts.

* Additional Requirements* As with any business you must check with your local clerk to see about special licensing. You must register in your county a D.B.A (Doing business as) under Rent Ready of (your city or state name) you must fax this completed application once filed to our offices within 30 days of taking delivery of your territory. You must also purchase general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance if you have employees working for you. Copies must be sent in to us no later than 60 days of taking delivery of territory. All advertising must be pre-approved before posting. If you provide electrical, plumbing, HVAC or other professional service you must send us copies of your certificates. Failure to provide this necessary documentation may result in termination of territory without monetary reimbursement. You agree to hold harmless Diversified Industries dba Rent Ready USA or Allen Puckett from any claims or losses.
